1.1 These Terms apply to all users of Ludo Defenders, including visitors and players using our mobile application, whether playing as a guest or with an account.

1.2 By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules applicable to the platform.

1.3 If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the game.

1.4 Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2.1 Account Options Ludo Defenders offers multiple ways to access and enjoy the game:

• Google Sign-In: You can create an account by signing in with your Google account. By choosing this option, you authorize us to access and store your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
• Apple Sign-In: You can create an account by signing in with your Apple ID. By choosing this option, you authorize us to access and store your name, email address, and profile photo from your Apple account.
• Guest Mode: You can choose to play as a guest without creating an account. Guest mode allows you to enjoy the game without providing any personal information.

2.2 Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Account Security You are responsible for all actions taken with your account, whether by you or by others who gain access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 Guest Mode Limitations When playing as a guest, your game data, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data will be permanently lost if you delete or reinstall the App, clear the App's data, or switch devices. Guest users cannot recover game progress or transfer data between devices.

2.5 Account Benefits Creating an account (via Google or Apple) allows you to sync your game progress across multiple devices, recover your data if you reinstall the App, and enjoy enhanced features and personalized gaming experiences.

3.1 Personal Information When you create an account using Google or Apple sign-in, we collect and store limited personal information, including your name, email address, and profile photo, as provided by your authentication provider.

3.2 Game Data Collection We may collect game activity, progress, and experience data to improve gameplay, provide analytics, and personalize your gaming experience. This includes game statistics, performance metrics, and gameplay patterns.

3.3 Guest User Data Guest users' data is stored locally on their device only. We do not collect or store any personal information from guest users on our servers.

3.4 Data Usage We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, sync your progress across devices, enable multiplayer features, and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3.5 Data Deletion and Export You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data, or to export your data, at any time by contacting us at ludodefenders@obvitree.in. We will process such requests within 30 days.

3.6 Privacy Policy For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4.1 Room Creation Users can create temporary game rooms to play with friends or other players online. Both account holders and guest users can create and join rooms.

4.2 Room Codes A unique room code is generated when a room is created. This code can be shared with other players to join the same game session.

4.3 Room Data Room codes exist only for the duration of the session and are not stored or reused by Obvitree after the game session ends.

4.4 Player Interaction Players in the same room can only participate in the game; no chat, messaging, or social interactions are enabled within the App.

4.5 Room Code Responsibility Room creators are responsible for sharing the code securely. Misuse of room codes, such as sharing them publicly or with malicious intent, is prohibited and may result in account suspension or banning.

5.1 Worldwide Access Ludo Defenders is designed for players worldwide, regardless of geographic location.

5.2 Local Laws Access to the game is subject to the laws and regulations of your country or region. Players must ensure compliance with local gaming laws and regulations.

5.3 Regional Restrictions Certain features or services may not be available in all regions due to local laws or technical limitations.

6.1 Respectful Behavior Users are expected to participate respectfully and fairly during gameplay. Harassment, abuse, or any form of inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game vulnerabilities
• Using unauthorized third-party software or tools
• Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the game
• Sharing room codes maliciously or for spam purposes
• Impersonating other users or Obvitree staff
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

6.3 Consequences Violation of these conduct rules may result in suspension or permanent banning of your account, at our sole discretion.

7.1 Ownership All game elements, including designs, characters, graphics, software, trademarks, and content, are the intellectual property of Obvitree and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 Restrictions You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the game without prior written permission from Obvitree.

7.4 Unauthorized Use Unauthorized use of the platform's content, including reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8.1 Free-to-Play Model Ludo Defenders is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements. The game does not require any payment to download or play, and there are no in-app purchases available.

8.2 Advertisement Display Advertisements may appear between gameplay sessions, during natural breaks in gameplay, or at other appropriate times. These ads are provided by third-party advertising networks and help support the free availability of the game.

8.3 Ad Content We work with advertising partners to ensure ads are age-appropriate and filtered to avoid inappropriate content. However, we do not have complete control over all ad content displayed by third-party networks.

8.4 No In-App Purchases Ludo Defenders does not offer any in-app purchases, premium subscriptions, or paid content. The game is completely free to play, with advertisements serving as the sole method of monetization.

8.5 Third-Party Ad Networks Advertisements are served by third-party advertising networks. These networks may collect information about your device and usage patterns to deliver relevant ads. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle data related to advertisements.

9.1 Tracking Technologies We may use tracking technologies, including cookies and analytics tools, to measure user engagement, analyze gameplay patterns, and enhance user experience.

9.2 Purpose of Tracking Tracking technologies are used solely for the purpose of improving our services, understanding user behavior, and providing a better gaming experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9.3 Opt-Out You can manage your tracking preferences through your device settings. However, disabling certain tracking technologies may affect some features of the App.

10.1 Account Deletion You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at ludodefenders@obvitree.in. Upon account deletion, all your personal information and game data will be permanently removed from our systems.

10.2 Data Export You have the right to request a copy of your personal data and game information in a portable format. To request data export, please contact us at ludodefenders@obvitree.in.

10.3 Data Access and Correction You can access and update your account information at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

10.4 Regulatory Compliance We comply with all applicable data privacy regulations, including GDPR for users in the European Economic Area and CCPA for California residents. Your rights under these regulations are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11.1 Right to Modify Obvitree reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the game at any time without prior notice.

11.2 Types of Updates Updates may include bug fixes, new features, security enhancements, balance changes, or modifications to these Terms.

11.3 Acceptance of Updates Continued use of the game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and updated features.

11.4 Notification We will notify users of material changes to these Terms through the App or via email to the address associated with your account.

12.1 "As Is" Service Obvitree provides the game "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure functionality.

12.2 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obvitree disclaims liability for:

• Losses or damages arising from technical issues, server downtime, or unauthorized access
• Data loss resulting from guest mode usage, device issues, or user actions
• Misuse of room codes or other player-shared information
• Interruptions in service or loss of game progress
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

12.3 Guest Mode Disclaimer Guest users acknowledge that their game data is stored locally and may be permanently lost due to app deletion, reinstallation, device issues, or data clearing. We are not responsible for data loss in guest mode.

12.4 Platform Risks Players accept the inherent risks of using online platforms, including potential security vulnerabilities, data breaches, and technical failures.

13.1 User Feedback Users are encouraged to provide feedback to help improve the game. Feedback, suggestions, and ideas become the property of Obvitree and may be used to enhance our services without compensation or acknowledgment.

13.2 Reporting Issues To report bugs, technical issues, inappropriate behavior, or security concerns, users can contact customer support at ludodefenders@obvitree.in.

13.3 Response Time We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 30 days and will address issues as promptly as possible.

14.1 Third-Party Integrations The game may include advertisements, links, or integrations with third-party platforms, including Google and Apple for account authentication.

14.2 Third-Party Responsibility Obvitree is not responsible for content, services, privacy practices, or data handling by third-party platforms. Users engaging with third-party content must comply with the terms and policies of those platforms.

14.3 Google and Apple Services When you use Google or Apple sign-in, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Apple's Terms of Service, respectively. We encourage you to review these terms.

14.1 Consent to Terms By using Ludo Defenders, you consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

14.2 Regulatory Compliance We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws such as GDPR and CCPA. Our Privacy Policy provides detailed information about our compliance measures.

14.3 Age Requirements If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App and agree to these Terms.

15.1 Termination by User You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at ludodefenders@obvitree.in.

15.2 Termination by Obvitree We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

15.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
