1. GENERAL

1.1 Obvitree ("Ludo Defenders," "we," "our," "us") is committed to ensuring your privacy while you use the Ludo Defenders mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1.2 This Privacy Policy is an electronic agreement established in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and associated rules. It does not require physical or digital signatures and is legally binding between you and Ludo Defenders.

1.3 Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we strive to ensure it is always protected. However, we cannot fully guarantee data security during internet or network transmission despite our best efforts.

1.4 We do not rent or sell user information to third parties. Accessing the App implies your consent to this Privacy Policy, which works alongside our terms of use ("Terms"). Together, these form the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App ("Agreement").

2. ACCOUNT OPTIONS AND LOGIN METHODS

2.1 Account Creation Options Ludo Defenders offers multiple ways to access and enjoy the game:

  • Google Sign-In: You can create an account by signing in with your Google account. When you choose this option, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo provided by Google.
  • Apple Sign-In: You can create an account by signing in with your Apple ID. When you choose this option, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo provided by Apple.
  • Guest Mode: You can choose to play as a guest without creating an account. Guest users can enjoy the game without providing any personal information.

2.2 Guest Mode Limitations When playing as a guest, your game data, progress, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data will be permanently lost if you delete or reinstall the App, or if you clear the App's data from your device settings. Guest users cannot recover their game progress or transfer data between devices.

2.3 Account Benefits Creating an account (via Google or Apple) allows you to sync your game progress across multiple devices, recover your data if you reinstall the App, and enjoy a personalized gaming experience.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Personal Information When you sign in with Google or Apple, we collect the following information that you authorize us to access:

  • Name (as provided by your Google or Apple account)
  • Email address (as provided by your Google or Apple account)
  • Profile photo (as provided by your Google or Apple account)
  • Account identifier (a unique ID associated with your account)

3.2 Game Activity and Progress Data We may collect the following information to improve gameplay, provide analytics, and personalize your experience:

  • Game statistics (wins, losses, scores, achievements)
  • Game progress and experience levels
  • Room creation and joining activities
  • Performance metrics and gameplay patterns
  • Device information (device type, operating system, app version)
  • Game preferences and settings

3.3 Room Creation and Joining Users can create rooms within the App, which generate unique room IDs. These room IDs can be shared with friends to join the same game room. Room IDs are temporary and used only for active game sessions.

3.4 Guest User Data Guest users' data is stored locally on their device only. We do not collect or store any personal information from guest users on our servers. All guest gameplay data remains on the user's device.

3.5 Third-Party Account Information When you sign in with Google or Apple, you are subject to their respective privacy policies. We only access and store the information you explicitly authorize us to receive from these providers.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

4.1 Service Provision We use your information to:

  • Sync your game progress across devices

6.4 Guest Data Guest user data is stored locally on your device and is not retained on our servers. If you delete the App or clear its data, all guest gameplay information will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

7.1 Third-Party Service Providers We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, conducting analytics, or providing support services. 8. ADVERTISEMENTS

8.1 Free-to-Play Model Ludo Defenders is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements. The game does not require any payment to download or play, and there are no in-app purchases available.

8.2 Advertisement Display Advertisements may appear between gameplay sessions, during natural breaks in gameplay, or at other appropriate times. These ads are provided by third-party advertising networks and help support the free availability of the game.

8.3 Third-Party Ad Networks Advertisements are served by third-party advertising networks. These networks may collect information about your device, including device identifiers, IP address, and usage patterns, to deliver relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.

8.4 Ad Network Data Collection Third-party ad networks may collect and use data for advertising purposes, including:

  • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
  • Usage data (interactions with ads, ad views, clicks)
  • Location data (general location based on IP address)
  • Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID, Apple ID for Advertising)

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking

8.7 No In-App Purchases Ludo Defenders does not offer any in-app purchases, premium subscriptions, or paid content. The game is completely free to play, with advertisements serving as the sole method of monetization.

9. SECURITY

9.1 Security Measures We adopt industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information and game data, including:

Note: Personal information is collected only from users who create accounts using Google or Apple sign-in. Guest users do not provide any personal information.

13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

13.1 Age Restrictions Ludo Defenders is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

13.2 Parental Consent If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App and create an account.

18.3 We are not responsible for data loss resulting from guest mode usage, device issues, or user actions such as app deletion or data clearing.
